The hotel is spotless with a nice design and patient staff. A seating area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Well-equipped bathroom with a hot tub. Great location of the property, near the bus station and Uzbekistan. Also, in 1-2 months everything is gon na be perfect...

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with private bathroom and an AC with bunk curtains and tea was not a problem. As for me, the location is marvellous, to URGENCH airport.

The rooms were a nice size, it was overall clean and spacious venue. The staff was especially helpful, patient, and everything was amazing. The hotel was in a particularly good location close enough to the old center, train station, and main tourist area. It also was in 1-2 months everything is gon na be perfect.

Air conditioned and tastefully decorated rooms with tea, good windows, free parking. A lot of tea, cookies, and eggs at breakfast. Nice location for Khiva, not far from the center, URGENCH train station and old town.
